Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of equipment
- Diagnose problems, test and make adjustments, replace or repair parts and equipment
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
- Monitor, maintain and document preventive maintenance
- Perform emergency fixes and repairs as needed
Technical Overview
Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair across industrial assets such as industrial saws, overhead cranes, welders, paint and wash equipment, and CNC mills. Uses hand/power/pneumatic tools and measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, ohm meters) and documents preventive maintenance work.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an industrial Maintenance Technician with at least one year of experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. They are able to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, manuals, and work orders, and they consistently follow safety and housekeeping expectations while performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
