About this role
Perform preventive maintenance and handle both scheduled and unscheduled repairs for production equipment and physical facilities. Troubleshoot CNC Machines and other equipment, manage work orders, and support on-call coverage for critical facility infrastructure and production emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on assigned machines and facilities equipment
- Troubleshoot production and facilities equipment including CNC Machines and repair as needed
- Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas
- Complete work order requests efficiently to meet turnaround times
- Provide on-call support for critical facility infrastructure and production emergencies
Technical Overview
Hands-on maintenance technician responsibilities covering maintenance planning/execution, equipment troubleshooting (including CNC Machines), tool operation (drills, grinders, related power tools), and coordination with outside services for diagnosis and repair. Uses Microsoft Office applications for related computer tasks and participates in quality and environmental health and safety programs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Maintenance Technician experienced with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting production and facilities equipment, including CNC Machines. They can safely work at heights using a scissor lift/man basket, complete maintenance work orders efficiently, collaborate with other technicians, and support an on-call schedule while following quality and EH&S requirements.
