About this role
Maintenance Technician will maintain, repair, and install equipment, machinery, and facilities under direct supervision. The role includes scheduled preventative maintenance, mechanical inspections and repairs, record-keeping, and safety compliance using OSHA and lock-out/tag-out practices.

Technical Overview
Work involves routine maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery using hand tools and power tools, along with safe use of hydraulic equipment, pneumatic equipment, presses, cordless drills, and clamps. The technician must read basic machine schematics and learn measuring equipment with accuracy of 0.001" using tools such as digital and dial indicators, calipers, micrometers, levels, and angle/depth gages.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level maintenance technician with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and a safety-first mindset aligned with OSHA requirements and lock-out/tag-out procedures. They can read basic machine schematics with little guidance and use measuring equipment (including digital and dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers) to diagnose wear with high accuracy.
