Maintenance Technician Instrumentation

This role performs maintenance to keep operating and service equipment running reliably, supporting continuous operations at the EES Coke Battery facility. The technician works with minimal supervision or with other maintenance and operating team members while meeting safety and environmental compliance expectations.

• Maintain operating and service equipment using standard and specialized tools
• Perform maintenance in the coke making process machinery area
• Participate in safety activities to meet or exceed organizational goals
• Ensure environmental compliance
• Work with maintenance and operating teams (or alone) to coordinate maintenance tasks

Responsibilities focus on maintaining machinery used in the coke making process and performing maintenance functions using standard and specialized tools, including mobile equipment. The technician operates equipment in conjunction with repairs to maintain continuity of operations and supports safety/environmental requirements during maintenance execution.

The ideal candidate is a maintenance technician with 3+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience, capable of maintaining operating and service equipment using standard and specialized tools. They understand industrial safety expectations and are experienced in ensuring environmental compliance in an active manufacturing environment. Comfort working with minimal supervision and coordinating with operating teams is essential.
