Key Responsibilities

Perform engineering tasks in support of perimeter defense services
Assist in and consult on client satisfaction escalations and incidents
Coordinate team technical escalations for clients, vendors, and team members
Draft, maintain, and be involved in the evolution of client and product documentation
Install, configure, and audit perimeter defense platforms and associated applications

Technical Overview

Hands-on firewall engineering across Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, and Check Point with focus on perimeter defense, IDS/IPS, DPI, DNS, and BGP. Remote service delivery and on-call support are core aspects.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior firewall/perimeter defense engineer with 7-10 years of hands-on firewall experience across multiple vendors (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point) and a track record delivering large-scale managed services for legal/IT environments.
