About this role
Soft Point Media, Inc. is hiring a Managed IT Services Procurement Specialist / Inside Sales to own key steps in the end-to-end quote-to-cash workflow. The role manages accurate quoting and time entries in ConnectWise, coordinates purchasing/logistics, and ensures invoice readiness with correct billing documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage quotes in ConnectWise CPQ (Sell) including revisions approvals and version control
- Maintain quotes and time entries with proper notes and audit trail
- Reconcile quote → PO → receiving → invoice alignment and resolve discrepancies
- Manage Cloud/SaaS licensing requirements including terms renewals co-terming and subscription structures
- Coordinate logistics and inventory steps including shipping tracking backorders and inventory accuracy
Technical Overview
You will work in ConnectWise CPQ (Sell) and ConnectWise PSA to manage quotes, revisions, approvals, version control, and audit trails. The technical scope includes Cloud/SaaS licensing knowledge and integrating procurement, receiving, and inventory steps to keep quote → PO → invoice alignment accurate.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-driven Procurement Specialist / Inside Sales professional who can run the end-to-end quote-to-cash workflow. They have hands-on working knowledge of ConnectWise CPQ (Sell) and ConnectWise PSA, plus experience managing Cloud/SaaS licensing, quoting, purchasing alignment (quote → PO → receiving → invoice), and logistics coordination.
