About this role
Managed Services Consultant for Life Sciences Quality; delivers remote consulting on Vault QMS, Quality Docs, and Training, partnering with Sponsors and CMOs to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
- Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications
- Assistance with Quality processes (SOPs, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, Training)
- Bulk import/export of content and data
- Ad hoc training of users and administrators
Technical Overview
Experience configuring Vault QMS and related quality documentation systems; familiarity with multiple CMS tools (OpenText, Documentum/EMC, NextDocs); strong communication and organization for remote consulting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a remote, customer-facing consultant with Life Sciences experience and strong software configuration/implementation skills, able to deliver post-go-live support for Vault QMS and Training.

Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software in Life SciencesHealthcare or Regulated industryCustomer service or consulting experienceAbility to quickly understand client requirements and articulate potential solutionsExperience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to switch tasks quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skills
