About this role
Manager, Advanced Analytics and Enterprise Insights oversees the development and operations of data pipelines and AI-ready data products on the Enterprise Data Platform, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable analytics capabilities and GenAI-enabled use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI Data Engineers
- Oversee delivery outcomes including planning, prioritization, sequencing, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Define and implement CI/CD patterns for data and AI pipelines across environments
- Ensure AI-ready data through semantic layers, conformed dimensions, data contracts; embeddings/vector indexing
- Oversee embeddings pipelines, vector indexing, lifecycle management, and cost optimization
