About this role

Manager of Agile Delivery leads the organization's Agile practice, coaching teams, implementing standardized Agile frameworks, and driving transformation across IT and business units.

Key Responsibilities

Builds, leads, and develops a team of Scrum Masters to support enterprise-wide Agile adoption
Partners with leadership to secure buy-in, remove organizational impediments, and drive cultural change necessary for Agile success
Designs and implements standardized Agile frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
Creates and delivers comprehensive Agile training programs for executives, managers, and team members
Coaches product owners, scrum masters, and development teams on effective implementation of Agile principles

Technical Overview

Focus on SDLC and multiple Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Scrumban); responsible for training, coaching product owners and teams, and scaling Agile delivery; emphasizes governance, transformation, and capability development.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with 4-7 years in a multi-team Agile environment, holding a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential, and strong coaching/leadership skills to drive enterprise Agile adoption in Phoenix, AZ.
