JetBlue seeks a Manager Airport Standards & Programs to develop, implement, and maintain airport policies and programs for Ground Operations. The role leads cross-functional initiatives to improve safety, compliance, efficiency, and reliability, while coordinating policy governance and manual maintenance across airports.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Below-the-Wing and Station Operations policies; co-lead policy change governance; maintain airport manuals; manage project portfolio impacting airport operations; ensure safety and regulatory compliance; communicate project statuses to leadership
Technical Overview
Focus on Below-the-Wing and Station Operations standards, baggage handling programs, and airport policy governance. Requires audit-ready documentation, cross-department collaboration, and strong presentation skills; hands-on with airport systems and compliance tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced airport operations leader with 5+ years in airline ground operations and 3+ years in leadership roles, capable of developing and implementing safe, compliant policies. They excel at cross-functional collaboration, policy governance, and driving changes across airports, with strong communication and program-management skills.
Must-Have Skills
