About this role

Manager, Analytics Platform & Enablement owns the Power BI platform experience and enablement model for Supply Chain, driving governance, adoption, and AI-enabled analytics across Snowflake, Fabric, and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Power BI platform experience for Supply Chain
Lead platform administration and governance
Define and evolve technical standards for semantic modeling, DAX optimization, query performance, row-level security, report UX
Design and execute the Power BI self-service analytics enablement strategy
Establish analytics CoP to drive adoption and standards

Technical Overview

Focus on end-to-end BI platform governance and analytics enablement with Power BI, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau; cross-functional collaboration across Data Product, DaaS, and Supply Chain teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior analytics leader with 5-7 years' experience in BI platforms, strong Power BI and Tableau skills, Snowflake and Fabric exposure, and ability to drive platform adoption across Supply Chain stakeholders.
