About this role

Manager, Category Management leads end-to-end category strategies for Tier 2 robotics components, drives sourcing, RFx processes, and supplier negotiations, and monitors supplier performance with KPIs/SLAs to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute end-to-end category strategies for Tier 2 robotics components
Lead RFx processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
Monitor supplier performance with KPIs and SLAs
Develop sourcing strategies for repair and aftermarket spend
Partner with Engineering, Supplier Quality, External Manufacturing

Technical Overview

Focus on strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, and data-driven decision making using BI tools; travel up to 25%; cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and External Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate is an 8+ year category management professional with robotics experience, strong supplier relationships, and a data-driven approach leveraging Power BI/Tableau for performance monitoring.
