This role focuses on designing an end-to-end lifecycle for a 1:Many cohort, using automated workflows and AI-driven insights to manage account health and proactively mitigate churn risk. It includes integrating AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, and Slackbot to scale intelligence-led outreach and support executive reporting.

The ideal candidate is a Client Success Management leader experienced in building and running scaled CSM motions, specifically a 1:Many Scaled CSM Model. They combine hands-on account oversight for a β€œTop 10” tier with strong metrics ownership (Net Revenue Retention) and use AI/automation to drive health, retention, and expansion across a cohort.
