About this role
RainFocus seeks a Manager, Client Success Management to lead the 1:Many Scaled CSM model, ensuring account health, retention, and expansion through automation and AI. The role also includes tailored oversight of a Top 10 set of strategic accounts while mentoring CSM Associates and reporting on cohort-wide KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine the 1:Many cohort lifecycle with automated workflows and AI-driven insights
- Manage Top 10 strategic accounts with tailored CSM leadership
- Lead and ramp up CSM Associates on the 1:Many methodology
- Partner with Sales on Expansion-Ready triggers and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Maintain automated health tracking to flag churn risks and provide proactive intervention
Technical Overview
This role focuses on designing an end-to-end lifecycle for a 1:Many cohort, using automated workflows and AI-driven insights to manage account health and proactively mitigate churn risk. It includes integrating AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, and Slackbot to scale intelligence-led outreach and support executive reporting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Client Success Management leader experienced in building and running scaled CSM motions, specifically a 1:Many Scaled CSM Model. They combine hands-on account oversight for a βTop 10β tier with strong metrics ownership (Net Revenue Retention) and use AI/automation to drive health, retention, and expansion across a cohort.
