About this role
The Manager of Commercial Data Management executes data management activities to deliver analytics-ready commercial data, supporting reporting, insights, and field execution. The role oversees data pipelines, pipelines components, and data sources to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute data management deliverables aligned to analytics and reporting priorities
- Support ingestion, transformation, and refresh of commercial data sources within pipelines
- Own discrete data sources, feeds, or pipeline components within a defined scope
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Coordinate with IT and platform teams to run pipelines and troubleshoot processing issues
Technical Overview
Technical scope includes SQL, Databricks, cloud data warehouses, data ingestion/transformation, data validation, and data mappings for analytics-ready delivery; collaboration with IT and analytics teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a data management professional with 3+ years of experience in biotech/pharma or healthcare, proficient in SQL and Databricks, and capable of delivering analytics-ready data pipelines for reporting. They should demonstrate strong collaboration with analytics teams and IT partners.
