About this role
Lead West Coast customer and category management for TreeHouse Foods, driving revenue and margin targets, delivering forecast accuracy, and building strategic customer relationships across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the primary TreeHouse point of contact
- Deliver communications to customers and manage expectations
- Resolve customer issues in partnership with Customer Service and Customer Supply Chain teams
- Provide insights and recommendations to business units through customer feedback and performance analysis
- Execute division selling strategies and customer-specific pricing initiatives
Technical Overview
Role relies on Salesforce and Microsoft 365 for CRM and collaboration; Circana, SAP, and SharePoint are used for insights and data management; strong analytical capabilities drive pricing strategies and demand planning.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level sales leader with 5+ years of experience in the retail grocery/private label space, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive pricing and product strategies. Must-have proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365, plus familiarity with Circana, SAP, and SharePoint.
