Manager, Cybersecurity Advisors leads a global team of cybersecurity advisors within Rapid7 Managed Services, delivering strategic cybersecurity recommendations, guiding incident responses, and driving customer success and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Cybersecurity Advisors
Oversee delivery of technical recommendations to customers
Drive team performance and optimize product usage
Ensure process adherence and escalation with support
Oversee Incident Response handling and critical customer communication

Focus on cybersecurity advisory, managed services delivery, incident response coordination, and executive-level communications across customers and internal teams.
