Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Cybersecurity Advisors, Oversee delivery of technical recommendations, Ensure customer success process adherence with Rapid7 Products and services
Coordinate escalation with Rapid7 support team as needed, Oversee Incident Response handling and critical customer communication, Drive Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and customer retention across renewal lifecycle
