About this role

This role leads and manages a Cybersecurity Fusion Center team while staying hands-on with investigations, triage, and threat research. You will drive fusion center discipline and improve processes and tooling, collaborating closely with multiple security and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, mentor, and manage the Cybersecurity Fusion Center team
  • Execute and improve cybersecurity fusion center processes, tooling, and investigations
  • Own the cybersecurity fusion center discipline and drive metrics-based performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with Security Architecture, Security Engineering, Identity and Access Management, SRE, IT, and Compliance
  • Drive technical discussions and investigate active and potential threats

Technical Overview

Hands-on fusion center leadership focused on cybersecurity investigations, threat triage, research, and driving improvements to fusion center processes and tooling. Works across Security Architecture, Security Engineering, Identity and Access Management, SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), IT, and Compliance to advance the enterprise cybersecurity agenda.

The ideal candidate is a cybersecurity leader who has managed a Cybersecurity Fusion Center team and is hands-on with investigations, triage, and threat research. They have strong information security background and can collaborate across Security Architecture, Security Engineering, Identity and Access Management, SRE, IT, and Compliance while driving metrics-based performance.
