About this role
This role manages data analysis for the Global Payment Network within Network Product & Platforms. You will build platform analytics capabilities to measure participant usage and value, automate KPIs, and deliver root-cause and trend insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage analytics to drive current and future strategy
- Build and use models to test and validate data
- Mine data from large databases and improve reporting and processes
- Automate KPIs and perform root cause analysis and trend detection
- Partner with stakeholders to produce actionable insights and recommendations
Technical Overview
The scope is analytics across large-scale databases (millions to billions of records) involving modeling, data mining, and validation. The work includes automating KPIs, performing root cause analysis and trend detection, and supporting design/implementation of production and data storage systems.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a data analytics manager experienced building and operationalizing analytics frameworks for platform usage and value. They are strong in manipulating large datasets, automating KPIs, performing root cause analysis and trend detection, and partnering with stakeholders to turn complex transactional attributes into actionable insights.
