About this role
Manager, Data Management-0251 leads data governance and the CX/Care data portfolio, building data assets, ETL processes, and data quality checks across data lakes and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Cx/Care data portfolio and alignment with business stakeholders
- Interpret data in clear terms for stakeholders
- Lead UAT and data profiling for releases
- Lead data stewardship logic and STTM process
- Partner with Engineering to monitor data quality checks and alerts
Technical Overview
Data modelling with SQL, ETL via Informatica/Teradata, data warehousing, data lineage, and UAT/data profiling; uses Trino and AWS/MinIO for cloud data lake operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a data management professional with strong SQL, Informatica/Teradata ETL, and data governance experience, capable of leading data stewardship and UAT activities in a data warehousing environment.
