Key Responsibilities

Lead data science initiatives for Oncology; translate business needs into data products; collaborate with ontology/knowledge graph engineers; build oncology data repositories on AWS; enable data versioning and lineage tracking

Technical Overview

Hands-on data engineering with Python, R, SQL; cloud-native data platforms on AWS (Redshift, Glue, Lambda); unstructured data (NoSQL/Graph) and ontology-driven data models; focus on oncology data workflows.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a data science manager with 5+ years of data engineering and 2+ years leading a technical team, strong in Python, R, SQL, and AWS, and experienced in building AI-ready data pipelines for oncology R&D.

Must-Have Skills
