Lead a small team of Data Stewards responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of hospital partner data that powers revenue cycle operations. You will oversee daily monitoring and validation, resolve data issues, and coordinate integrations into Lakehouse and downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a small team of Data Stewards
Oversee daily monitoring and validation of hospital data feeds
Coordinate data transfers including file integration, secure transmissions, and API-based integrations
Ensure integration of data into Lakehouse and downstream systems
Monitor team performance against service levels and quality expectations

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a data stewardship or data quality professional with 4–6 years of experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle data (billing, claims, denials, and coordination of benefits). They have 1–3 years of people leadership experience, strong data governance practices, and hands-on experience monitoring and validating hospital data feeds, resolving issues, and supporting integrations into Lakehouse and downstream systems.
