About this role
Constellation Energy seeks a Manager Engineering to provide advanced technical/engineering support for nuclear plant operations. The role includes serving as a technical expert, resolving equipment/system issues, and leading engineering programs with accountability for technical decisions and work quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop and manage engineering analysis programs, Serve as subject matter expert to identify and resolve equipment and system problems, Lead technical leadership accountability for programs impacting site operations, Perform assigned engineering and technical tasks using general engineering principles, Ensure accuracy/completeness/timeliness with proper configuration management and compliance with standard design criteria and applicable codes/regulations

This position emphasizes engineering analysis, technical consultation, equipment and system troubleshooting, and leadership accountability for programs impacting site operations. It also requires strong configuration management discipline and detailed knowledge of industry codes and regulations.
