Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and grow engineering teams
Own end-to-end delivery
Partner with Product Management and Design
Engage at Staff/Senior Staff level for architecture
Foster transparency and continuous improvement

Technical Overview

Leads multi-cloud SaaS software with Rust/Go/Python, AWS and GCP, serverless patterns, and CI/CD. Engages at Staff/Senior Staff level on architecture, high-level designs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineering leader with 8+ years of SaaS experience, strong distributed-systems expertise, and a proven track record of coaching and growing engineering teams. They should have hands-on depth in Rust/Go/Python and multi-cloud architecture, and be adept at translating business problems into scalable technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills
