Manager, Enterprise Accounts leads the sale of integrated communication services to enterprise customers. This role manages and develops sales professionals to drive growth, ensures consultative B2B selling, and aims to maximize revenue while meeting end-to-end customer experience expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coach Enterprise Account Managers
- Upsell/cross-sell and drive new product revenue
- Forecast revenue and maintain performance metrics
- Manage assigned enterprise accounts and coordinate with internal teams
- Plan and coordinate sales promotions and incentives
