The ideal candidate is a senior proposal management leader with 7+ years in proposal management within enterprise SaaS/technology and 2+ years of people management experience. They have hands-on experience using proposal tools such as Responsive, can run end-to-end RFP/RFI processes with 100% on-time delivery, and have improved proposal effectiveness using metrics and AI-enabled workflows.
