Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
Manage development efforts with business and technical partners including requirements gathering, testing, deployment and user adoption
Partner cross-functionally and communicate insights to non-technical business partners
Leverage enterprise reporting tools to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
Mentor, manage, and ensure continuous development of team

Technical Overview

Own analytics execution using SQL and data platform practices including table creation and indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures. Use enterprise reporting tools to produce data-driven recommendations and support scalable delivery across health plans and business units.
