About this role
This role manages enterprise healthcare analytics focused on provider contract and network strategy change measurement. You will forecast and validate financial impact, oversee postimplementation tracking and savings validation, and deliver executive-level reporting while leading enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives
- Manage development efforts with business and technical partners (requirements, testing, deployment, user adoption)
- Forecast, measure, and validate financial impact of provider contract and network strategy changes
- Oversee postimplementation tracking, savings validation, and executive-level reporting
- Mentor and manage the continuous development of the team
Technical Overview
The manager will oversee analytics delivery using SQL and strong large-database practices including data verification, data management, table creation and indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures. They will coordinate requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and user adoption across business and technical partners, and use enterprise reporting tools to provide data-driven insights.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare analytics leader with 4+ years of analytics, large database, and data quality experience, including SQL development, query optimization, stored procedures, and table indexing. They can manage enterprise-wide analytics projects end-to-end—requirements through testing, deployment, and user adoption—while forecasting and validating the financial impact of provider contract and network strategy changes. They communicate effectively to executive stakeholders and mentor a team.
