About this role
The Human Resources Manager directs HR activities to ensure the Dayton facility meets state, local, and federal requirements while complying with Crown policies. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role acts as a strategic partner and liaison to plant floor leadership, while coordinating with corporate HR and key committees.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to plant management team
- Act as liaison between plant floor management and the Plant Manager
- Ensure facility meets state, local and federal requirements and follows Crown policies
- Coordinate with Corporate Human Resources team on HR matters
- Participate in and support EHS Committee, WCP Committee and Quality Teams
Technical Overview
Non-technical HR leadership focused on compliance, employee relations, and cross-functional coordination within a high-speed manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include strategic HR partnership with plant management and collaboration with EHS, WCP, and Quality teams.
