Manager, Inside Sales - Fintech leads a newly formed fintech Success Advisor team focused on driving digital payment adoption and revenue growth, coaching team members, and aligning fintech objectives with broader product goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale team of Success Advisors
- Design operating model and workflows
- Drive fintech adoption and revenue targets
- Lead discovery conversations and coach for cash flow solutions
- Ensure Salesforce data integrity and cross-functional collaboration
Technical Overview
Non-technical but requires fintech domain knowledge, CRM usage (Salesforce), and familiarity with AI tools to improve team output; emphasis on sales processes and performance management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced inside sales manager with 5+ years in customer success or sales, fintech domain expertise, proven leadership, and ability to design scalable workflows and coach a fintech adoption team using Salesforce and Stripe.
