Internal and Executive Communications Manager responsible for shaping and executing internal communications and employee engagement strategies for a 4,000-employee organization, with executive support to the CFO and CIO.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns and executes internal/executive communications platforms; leads development of internal comms strategies and campaigns; drives All Hands meetings; creates key messages and executive presentations; connects work across Finance and Technology

Focus on strategic messaging, content creation, and executive presentation delivery; uses AI to enhance communications and cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced internal and executive communications leader (8+ years) with a strong track record influencing senior leaders and aligning messages across Finance and Technology in a healthcare/insurance setting.
