About this role

Manager for IT Business Analysis leading our external MSP, translating business requirements into technical specs, and overseeing MSP delivery and SLA compliance. Responsible for backlog management, QA/UAT, and strategic IT alignment.

Strong SDLC, vendor negotiation, and documentation skills are essential, along with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable specifications.
