Xcel Energy seeks a Manager IT (Operations Delivery Program Manager) to lead an IT portfolio that delivers capabilities across the organization, including vendor management, governance, and continuous improvement within a regulated utility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT portfolio and staff; partner across Supply Chain, Finance, Security and Audit; manage product delivery and operations; drive improvements; vendor management
Technical Overview
Experience with end-to-end service lifecycle, strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and operations; familiarity with regulated industries and Sourcing/Contract Management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior IT/program manager with 10+ years of end-to-end service lifecycle experience, strong leadership in regulated energy environments, and proven ability to manage large multi-site IT portfolios and vendor relationships.
