About this role
This hybrid IT leadership role oversees service delivery for SAP and Meter to Cash (M2C) applications, ensuring stable operations and continuous enhancements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects, IT Consultants, and Business Analysts
- Manage supporting vendors to meet service levels and compliance requirements
- Support SAP M2C applications through operational support and enhancements
- Create and execute application roadmaps and enhancement plans aligned to business needs
- Participate in major incidents and operational event response while managing budgets and risks
Technical Overview
The technical focus is day-to-day management and operational support of SAP and related M2C applications, including enhancement planning, integration and data sharing, and major incident/operational event response. The role also involves applying SAP software development lifecycle understanding and working within outsourced/cosourced support models while managing budgets and vendor performance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a service delivery-focused IT manager with 5-7+ years of experience supporting SAP applications in a Meter to Cash (M2C) environment. They have led technical teams (Solution Architects, IT Consultants, and Business Analysts), managed vendors and service levels in outsourced/cosourced models, and handled major incident response with strong stakeholder communication and budgeting.
