About this role
Lead and oversee the I&C maintenance division at a nuclear power station. Manage staff, plan and execute maintenance activities across operating and outage conditions, and ensure compliance with NRC regulations, CEC procedures, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Maintenance division (Instrumentation & Controls) work activities
- Plan and execute maintenance during online, forced outages, refuel outages, and unplanned power reductions
- Administer and oversee maintenance contract personnel
- Ensure safe maintenance by trained workers in accordance with CEC procedures, NRC regulations, and the CEC schedule
- Communicate significant CEC and personnel issues and foster collaboration with internal/external organizations

The technical scope centers on Instrumentation and Control maintenance within a nuclear facility, including safe execution of maintenance during online operations, forced outages, refuel outages, and unplanned power reductions.
