This role provides strategic and operational ownership of the ServiceNow platform at HealthEquity, including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps, integrations, and governance. You lead ServiceNow engineering, manage delivery partners, and ensure reliability, scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise objectives.

  • Own ServiceNow platform roadmap and release planning across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps
  • Ensure ServiceNow availability, performance, upgrades, data integrity, integrations, and security posture
  • Lead ServiceNow engineering standards including CI/CD pipelines, source control, deployment automation, and environment governance
  • Manage ServiceNow delivery partners, including demand intake, capacity planning, QA, and performance management
  • Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives and automation/integrations

The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow leader with 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience and 5+ years managing a team, including offshore or distributed teams. They are strong in ServiceNow best practices across ITSM, CMDB, and related modules, and they lead engineering standards, vendor partnerships, incident triage, and continuous platform improvements.
