Lead construction project management for AWS data center builds, owning scope, schedule, budget, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Be Amazon's construction representative on data center sites
- Direct interface with GC during bidding and closeout
- Create SOW and RFPs
- Manage cost, schedule, and quality
- Support commissioning and operational hand-off
Technical Overview
Oversee electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure; create SOW/RFPs; negotiate with GCs; manage submittals, RFI tracking, and change orders; drive commissioning and hand-off.

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior construction manager with a strong background in data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure, capable of leading multi-site capital projects from planning through hand-off. They excel at coordinating with operations, engineering, and vendors to deliver on-time, within-budget data center builds.
