About this role
Manager of Ontology & Data Modeling leads enterprise ontology development and governance in support of Capital One's data strategy, collaborating with Technik/Machine Learning teams to integrate semantic technologies.

- Define ontology roadmaps; develop domain ontologies; partner with technology and ML teams to integrate semantic tech; create reusable capabilities; mentor associates

Strong focus on W3C standards, ontology and linked data tools, and data modeling; experience with graph databases and semantic enrichment.

The ideal candidate is a senior ontology and data modeling professional with 4+ years in metadata, strong experience with W3C standards, and hands-on experience with multiple ontology tools and graph databases to support Capital One’s semantic program.
