About this role
The Philanthropy Manager leads high-quality grant writing, reporting, and philanthropic communications to support Teaching Lab and Relay fundraising efforts, coordinating with cross-functional partners across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the development and completion of proposals, reports, and other funder-facing materials
- Drive coordination across internal teams so inputs are gathered on time
- Maintain fundraising records and pipeline visibility
- Support philanthropic and partnership-related work by preparing materials and next steps
- Manage priorities across engagements
Technical Overview
Strong writing and project management capabilities with experience in nonprofit fundraising and fundraising CRMs. Familiarity with Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration across Program, Finance, Learning & Research, and Strategy & Communications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level philanthropy professional with 3+ years in grant writing and fundraising operations, capable of leading cross-functional fundraising efforts and donor communications.
