Manager, Process Manager - Data Management

Own and execute data management process and governance initiatives for Enterprise Customer Data Management. Partner across product and tech teams to document, build, and maintain governed target state data solutions while improving data quality, access, risk, and registration processes.

• Create and maintain centralized data management & governance processes
• Lead data management & governance initiatives for target state features
• Partner with towers to transfer data responsibilities and govern data accurately
• Establish processes for data registration, access, governance, risk, and data quality
• Become a subject matter expert on tools and processes for data governance

Focuses on data governance and process management for centralized data management and governance across enterprise platforms. May include hands-on work with SQL, Java, or Python plus data modeling, with explicit emphasis on NPI and privacy data rules for governance.

The ideal candidate is a data governance/process professional with 5+ years of process management experience and 3+ years each in stakeholder management and troubleshooting. They have strong familiarity with enterprise data management and governance practices, including data registration, access, quality, and risk governance, and ideally have experience with Nonpublic Personal Information (NPI) and privacy data rules. They can also contribute hands-on with SQL, Java, or Python and support data modeling initiatives.
