About this role
Own and evolve enterprise data management and governance processes across customer/partner towers. Lead initiatives that deliver target-state governance features, ensure accurate data stewardship, and establish repeatable processes for registration, access, risk, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise customer and partner towers in creating a centralized data management & governance team
- Lead and contribute to data management & governance initiatives and deliver target state features
- Partner across towers with product and tech partners to understand processes/tools/data footprint and transfer responsibilities
- Lead, create, and share processes enabling horizontal data governance at scale
- Establish and govern processes supporting data registration, access, governance, risk, and data quality
Technical Overview
The role is process-heavy with practical data governance responsibilities, including defining and governing processes around data registration, access, governance, risk, and data quality. It also includes optional technical depth via SQL/Java/Python and data modeling as preferred qualifications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a manager-level data management professional with 5+ years of process management experience and strong stakeholder management skills. They have hands-on experience with data governance and improving data quality through well-defined processes, and are comfortable troubleshooting data/process issues across multiple teams.
