About this role
Manage the software procurement category, leading sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for complex, high-value software spend. Drive cost optimization, meet savings targets, and ensure compliant procurement practices while leading and supporting a team of Procurement Analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the software procurement category and related spend and processes
- Lead negotiation and contract management of large-scale and complex software agreements
- Analyze category spend to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve terms
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports including category spend, cost analysis and savings achievements
Technical Overview
Uses Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, and Tableau to manage procurement data and reporting. Familiarity with AI-driven process automation is expected to improve procurement processes and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of indirect Procurement experience managing software purchasing spend in a global organization. They are strong in strategic sourcing and category management, with proven success driving cost optimization and meeting savings targets using tools like Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, and Tableau.
