About this role
Administer and continuously improve a SaaS-based Supplier Information and Engagement platform for KPMG’s procurement organization. Own configurations, releases, supplier master data governance, and analytics, while providing user support and driving adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary administrator for the Supplier Information and Engagement SaaS platform
- Manage releases, feature rollouts, and configuration changes with vendor coordination
- Govern and maintain supplier master data, validation, and ongoing accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally to align supplier data across enterprise systems and implement data quality controls
- Provide reporting, dashboards, analytics, user support, and training to drive adoption
Technical Overview
You will configure and administer SaaS procurement systems, manage integrations with ERP, Coupa, SRM, and P2P, and enforce data quality controls. You will deliver dashboards and analytics for supplier onboarding, segmentation, risk, and compliance while coordinating releases and troubleshooting with the software vendor.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a procurement systems administrator manager with 4+ years in procurement environments and hands-on experience administering SaaS business systems. They have strong supplier master data governance experience and can configure workflows, roles, permissions, and reporting while partnering with procurement, compliance, finance, and risk teams.
