About this role
Manager, Product Management, Card Acquisitions Servicing leads cross-functional efforts to build end-to-end real-time experiences on Decisioning as a Service platforms. The role partners across business units, product, and engineering to modernize the platform and enable self-serve capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end understanding of Decisioning as a Service platforms and surrounding ecosystems
- Drive Card Acquisitions financial-core modernization to completion
- Systematically partnering with internal business unit customers to understand strategic priorities
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to create a continuous feedback loop to improve acquisitions service capabilities and move to self-serve
- Leading development and execution of end-to-end testing scenarios and validations
Technical Overview
Bridge between business and technology with focus on decisioning platforms, data flows, governance, and risk. Applies Agile practices to drive platform-wide improvements and stakeholder alignment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product manager with 3+ years of PM experience, capable of leading cross-functional efforts across card acquisitions servicing platforms. They hold a quantitative degree (or MBA with quantitative concentration) and have strong skills in agile practice, platform strategy, data governance, and stakeholder management.
