About this role
Manager, Product Management (Card Data) at Capital One leads data governance and data solution initiatives for Credit Card data, working with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to publish well-governed data for analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Data Product Owners, Data Stewards, and Engineering to implement enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across Snowflake and other strategic data platforms
- Define and maintain critical data elements (CDEs), data dictionaries, business glossaries, and metadata in governance tools
- Establish and monitor data quality rules, profiling, and scorecards; triage quality issues and drive remediation
- Implement and maintain end-to-end data lineage to improve transparency and control for reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with Analytics and BI teams to ensure governed, curated data is used appropriately
