About this role
Stryker is hiring a Manager, Product Marketing for Trauma to lead a product marketing team and drive market share growth across the UK and Northern Europe. The role owns marketing strategy development and execution, pricing strategy, market analysis, launches, and lifecycle management while partnering closely with Sales and country leadership.

- Lead and motivate a team of Product Marketeers
- Develop and execute annual and long-term Trauma marketing strategy
- Guide segmentation, targeting, and positioning execution
- Drive market analysis, competitive insights, and product lifecycle management
- Manage budgets, P&L understanding, and smart pricing including contract pricing
