Insurity seeks a Manager, Professional Services (Business Analysis) to lead a team of Business Analysts delivering client-facing implementations of a commercial insurance SaaS platform. The role owns requirements and solution alignment and ensures UAT and successful go-live.

- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts
- Own requirements accountability and solution alignment
- Drive UAT and support successful go-live
- Engage carrier stakeholders and guide rating/coverage requirements
- Maintain delivery quality, utilization, and BA practice continuous improvement
