Field-based Provider Partnerships Manager responsible for growing partnerships with medical practices and health systems in a territory. Prospect, convert, and expand accounts to increase referral volume while supporting successful referral workflows and tracking activity in HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen provider and practice relationships
- Prospect and convert new medical practices into referral partners
- Manage and grow existing accounts to increase referral volume
- Execute territory plans to hit referral growth and retention targets
- Ensure smooth referral workflows and maintain CRM (HubSpot) account activity
