About this role
This role manages a team of SLED and Federal Account Managers to oversee renewals, expansions, and upsells. You will drive revenue retention and growth while helping with Tier 1 client relationships and ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of the company’s cloud-based cybersecurity platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of SLED & FED Account Managers focused on renewals, expansions and upsells and driving revenue growth
- Drive revenue retention via a scalable customer renewal engine
- Generate incremental bookings via subscription expansion and upsell of add-on portfolio products
- Help directly manage Tier 1, high priority client relationships
- Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure accurate and complete onboarding of new clients and lanes
Technical Overview
The position is not focused on hands-on engineering, but it requires operational fluency with a cloud-based cybersecurity product and the sales/customer lifecycle (pre and post-sale touchpoints). You will partner across Customer Support, Product Management, and Marketing to optimize onboarding, adoption, and penetration in government and public sector accounts.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales management professional who has led SLED and Federal Account Management teams and is accountable for renewals, expansions, and upsells. They can drive revenue retention through scalable renewal motions, manage Tier 1 client relationships hands-on, and collaborate closely with Customer Support, Product Management, and Marketing to improve customer adoption and penetration.
