The ideal candidate is an experienced security engineer with 7+ years in cybersecurity, strong IAM expertise (RBAC, SSO, MFA), and hands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk). They should be comfortable communicating complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leading security initiatives.
