About this role
Lead Travelers’ regulatory and filing organization for commercial lines, including oversight of the third-party filing function. Drive process improvements and automation enhancements to improve filing execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong working relationships with internal business partners, state and federal regulatory agencies, and external vendors
- Identify process improvement opportunities through analysis of current processes and key performance measures
- Develop and monitor commercial lines filing data and associated KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and communicate insights
- Lead improvements to increase speed to market/filing efficiencies and support regulatory initiatives
